Reproducability through automation |
Repeatability - The pre-installed methods and integrated software enable you to analyze up to four samples with just a single mouse click. Particle number, shape, and size - All particles filtered or suspended on filter patches or on other surfaces are sized with several algorithms and morphologically analyzed using a powerfully integrated software package. Integrated Sampling - The system reliably counts filter.AID membranes, cellulose nitrate, as well as comparable filter patches. Samples can be collected from air, gas, or liquids (filtr.AID airbone.) Automation - Auto-focus, illumination feedback, binarization threshold, and a sample/objective changer are some of the exceptional features that make this device objective and user-friendly.

ID ready – Prepare your system for the future by upgrading additional automated spectroscopy modules such as raman.ID or metal.ID to identify and classify foreign particles in powder mixtures. Filters can also be sent quickly and conveniently to the rap.ID lab for particle identification.
