Novo Nordisk decides in favour of Particle Explorer Technology and rap.ID is ISO certified.

Berlin August 8th, 2003 - rap.ID Particle Systems GmbH, a company that develops, manufactures, and sells systems for chemical analysis of micro particles, scored one more success in the market. Delivery to Novo Nordisk of another system took place in June 2003. Furthermore, the company reported certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001 in July 2003.

Novo Nordisk of Copenhagen, the largest producer of insulin, chose the Liquid Particle Explorer®, enabling it to react quickly to potential particle contamination before incurring substantial damages. “Companies invest in our particle identification to ensure themselves of a cost advantage over the competition in the production of high-quality medication”, says Dr. Oliver K. Valet, Managing Partner, who also is responsible for Marketing and Sales at rap.ID. "Especially in the rapidly expanding field of biopharmaceuticals, our particle identification systems are highly accepted. Rap.ID-systems meet with great acceptance, witness the examples of Boehringer Ingelheim and Novo Nordisk. And that in the face of an otherwise very reserved market.”

According to Dr. Markus Lankers, Managing Partner, "Our customers are the main beneficiaries of the implementation of our quality management systems. Expeditious order processing and the highest demands placed on quality standards for our products and service are important components of the system. Screening of our processes according to ISO-certification is of the utmost importance to our customers.”
